Engine id help PLEASE

    I cant find the engine manual and need to id my engine. I know it's a cv740... But need to know exactly which variant it is. I have a coil to order.

    Thanks! As a side question... Is there anything in the relays that could cut fire to one of the cylinders(back cyl near the muffler)? What is a good way to check the coil for resistance?

    The engine is backing off to one cylinder after about 20 minutes under load. Sometimes jiggling the ignition key on to off fixes it for a few minutes.

    Not that I am aware of, but you never know.
    As to testing coils, they need to be tested on a machine made to test them under load, its called a growler, to truly know if its bad under a load.
