I am a homeowner with 11 acres and want to purchase a hustler but am having trouble deciding on which options. Please advise

I believe I want a 72" deck to cut down on mowing time.
I currently use a woods 6ft. finish mower rear mount to a tractor.

Which engine would give me the best results & most reliable.
    kohler 27hp
kohler 28 efi (about $1,000 more in price, then kohler 27 is it worth it?)
kaw 27hp L/C (also about $1,000 more in price over 27hp kohler)

I dont want to under power the deck.

Also would I see a benifit getting the super z over the regular z since I will only be using it on my yard and probably not be able to mow over about 8mph or so.

I would go with as much hp as you can afford if your cutting 11 acres.
The 28 EFI is a sweet engine on a 72" unit, but for about 1k less you can get into the Kohler 27hp, and that is a great engine also.
I have never heard anyone say they thought they had to much hp.
As for the Super vs regular Z... the 72" is a expensive mower as it is, if your mowing 11 acres your going to want the extra speed and durability of the Super Z, larger pumps and the hydro coolers alone make it worth the price difference.
You will also get a suspension seat as standard equipment.
You will find the higher ground speed very beneficial in getting around on your property and in mowing faster, getting done quicker is always nice.
    Hope this helps.
