engine specs

    The engine mfg's website is right of course, I don't know where we are measuring our # or why they are listed the way they are.
    I am still awaiting a answer on that.

    hey pj,
    any answers on this question? i looked at the mft brochure and it still list the info that is at odds with what the mfg says.

    I was told today to go by the engine mfg's specs, they are the correct #'s

    thanks. now if they will get the product lit changed. what is out there now makes the 17 hp look bad, when it actually is the more powerful engine. i know it is not commercial and that the honda might be smoother running engine, but almost 15% more lb/ft of torque is nothing to brush aside. besides, i'm kind of fond of that lumpy single-can sound at low engine speed. it reminds me of my 600cc single dual purpose bike.
