Which was one of the problems, its pumping gas. Yet it is turing over, but will not start. The air filter is clean. I am thing Carb prob maybe? What could it be?

    Thanks,

All you need is air, fuel and spark. Sounds like you have air and fuel so check sparkplug for spark. I will bet it is a safety with a loose or disconnected wire.

Also, use your multimeter to check that all your safety switches have voltage coming in and going out when the switch is made/closed.

You got 3 out of 5....you also need timing and compression...
    Probably something simple anyway....
