I installed a mulch kit on one of my 52" Super Mini Z's. No matter what combination of blades I use, I get front end blow out where the two outer blade tips meet the center blade. I know that one can purchase front blowout baffles for a full size deck, but none for a Mini Z - WHY? Is the shallower deck inferior to the deeper deck and not worth the effort, or is it superior and does not lend itself to front end blowout (not what I've experienced)? Or are there not enough Mini z's being sold to make it profitable to design and manufacture a kit? I really would like to know if this is in the works - because if not, I will probably fabricate something this winter, but I would rather bolt on and go if you know what I mean! :) I know I am not the only one with a Mini Z wishing I had front blowout baffles, so in the name of LCO's everywhere who are loading up their customers ornamental mulch beds up with grass, I challenge the guys in the engineering dept. to tackle this problem!

The deck design does not allow for a easy bolt on anti blow out kit on the Mini's.
I can tell you that we are looking into solving the issue and when I have a update on this I will let you guys know.

I am in for some type of blowout kit for my super mini as well. Please encourage the fabricators to find something.

My Super Mini is not burning spots in lawns like my Super Z. :help:
