I do NOT want to part this out because I'm moving out of state and don't want to deal with 1000 phone calls for a leaf blower. So do not contact me to make an offer on the lawn mower or something. If you live in my area, I'll give you a list of all my customers too. Take em if you want. Grosses ~100K.

I want 32K for everything. Bank Check.

I'll take 27K FIRM if you come up with cash.

No tire kickers. Don't waste my time and show up just to "talk shop". My zipcode is 06450 if you want to calculate distance for travel. Call me at 203-464-9830 if you are serious. All equipment will be available AFTER my cancellation notice to my customers has matured (date not determined, but within 4-6 weeks). If you want the customers, better hurry so I can put a good word in for you.

Pictures will be sent via email upon request.

    Thanks.

sounds like a very fair deal, why would you not sign the customers up for another year and sell the route? good luck

My main concern is to get rid of all the equipment. Anyone can get lawn customers, so I don't see why I should get any money for them.

You may get more interest in the equip by dividing it up.

100,000 in lawns would be worth somewhere between 50-75k.....Why would you pass that up?

The lawns are the most valuable part of the deal

because, i personally wouldn't pay for a lawn account.

and finding a buyer for that would take more time. I dont' have the time, since I'm giving my contracts a notice very shortly, probably tomorrow.
