Does anyone have experience with Escort Lighting? I just recieved a sample fixture from them (Toadstool). It looks like a pretty good fixture, as a novelty mostly. It is UL listed.

    Any input would be appreciated.

I received a brochure from them end of last month. They have some unique looking items. Are you going to use any in your designs?

I am waiting to see if anyone has any comments on their products first. If not, I may try it at my home first.

It does look very nice and is all copper. I did notice that it should not be placed near sprinklers do to the shallow cover. It would be a little too easy for water to get into the lamp socket and therefor causing corrosion of the lamp socket.

We'll see. I hope somebody has some experience with them.

This will be the third year that we are going to offer their products. So far I have no complaints.

I am going to try Hinckley Afterhours and Focus this year on a trial basis.

I have posed this question to many lighting designers throughout the country and have not had anything other than good comments. I am currently waiting to see if they are interested in joining the LVLIA. I do believe in doing business with manufacturers and distributors who support the LVLIA.

The company others a nice product at a fair price. The company is small enough to talk to the owner when you have any questions. I would tell anyone that is into copper fixtures to check them out. If this thread comes up again in a few weeks I plan on visiting someone that has some of their fixtures and I will take pics of what they look like after 3 years in the ground.

I have heard nothing but good about their fixtures so far. Their prices also seem to be quite fair.

Some would say traditional Landscape lighting is all about the effect not pretty ornamental fixtures.
