After a two year hiatus, I've reentered the landscape field and want to expand beyond the general mowing and trimming jobs.

With that in mind, I have a customer who desires a 450 square foot section be planted in Asiatic Jasmine (a basic till, plant, pinestraw job). Lowe's wants $1.35 for 4" pots, but I'm not sure how many plants I would need, how much pinestraw I need to buy, and estimating hours has been hit or miss for me so far. What would be a far price for such a job and what materials would be needed?

P.S. This forum is God-sent for newbies like me.

at least double the materials and add 30-40% for your overhead.
