have you ever applied a weed control, BEFORE a pre em, and why
I apply a pre for control of summer annuals only.
I usually don't apply weed control until nite temps are over 50, or broadleaf weeds are present.
However I have applied weed control for winter annuals in early spring, in hopes to help reduce population in the following season.
Are you doing liquid apps? Most Pre's have a broad listing of weeds controlled. I find it better to split my crab app and do some post as well
we have never applied before or with pre-m up here, don't have the need.
I apply my post emergent with my 2nd round of pre-emergent
Sure, post emergent before pre M if needed
Spring aeration and overseeding on weedy lawn with cool season turf. Get rid of weeds, aer and seed, and then fert, and then pre-later if the turf is developed enough.
LOL BOBBY, with 7600 posts you know the answer!
