we use a 21" mower for only about 5 of our properties (and we have to bag with it).

I was wondering whether or not someone has modified the bagger to make it bigger? Does it make that much of a deference?

    AK Lawn,

That's interesting. How did you make this 18" extension?

    Thanks,

We did that in the early 90's. We took a stock honda cloth bagger frame, cut it and extended it with some extra steel. We had a company make the large bags for us- we had them made out a material called textelene (vinyl coated nylon). We paid quite a bit for them- but our crews could mow faster making it worth it. Later we started making the aluminum catchers, starting with ones for the honda 216.
