Installed my new jumbo Accelerator catcher yesterday. The thing is awesome!!!!!!!! Very light, easy to install. I did not get the leaf extension but figured I could get it if needed later.

P.S. Pete at Accelerator is awesome to work with!!!

If I was to use that catching green grass, would it be too heavy to lift with the extension?

I have found that the bagging systems fill too quickly when collecting leaves. We now use trac-vacs to pick up leaves....Chuck

I have a trac-vac too But i have found with the extender it is one bushels more then the trac -vac and it is easy on and off. You can also put the jrco tub and carrier on and get another 8 bushels.

    You empty the extension first.

We use the trailer version of the trac vac then use the leaf loader mounter on the front of the trailer to blow it into the truck. This method grinds the leaves 3 times(mower deck, tack-vac, and truck loader) making the leaves very compact allowing the truck to haul a lot more...Chuck
