ok, i have a 48" TTHP with the floating deck. what is the best height to cut bermuda to get the best stripe out of it? i am down south, and i know southern grasses are harder to stripe, but i want to get the best stripe possible. i stripe w/ the proslide xt. if anyone has any input on the deck height, please refer to number of holes from the top. i.e. none showing, 1 showing, etc. etc.

Going to be hard to get stripes with bermuda. If the Exmark is like the Toro you should be second hole from top hole with one washer. That should be 1.5 inches. Most of my lawns I have 2nd hole from top with 2 washers (1.75). Very top hole will put you at 1"...doubtful you will have many lawns in GA you can cut any lower then 1.5 with a 44" mower...lawns are thrown in around here.
