Toro ! You control the speed by how hard you push on the t-bar, the ECS is just glorified pistol grips that still have to be squeezed.

gear drive, T-bar all the way. Hydro, ECS probably.

T-Bar. The whole concept of passivity = motion is just wrong. The T-Bar's approach to movement is infinitely smarter and more intuitive.

I will go with the T-bar also. I use to run a Toro for hours a week and my hands were never tired. I just got a ECS this year, and by the end of the day my hands are cramped.

The T-bar is just so much more user friendly. Push the bar and go forward, push it harder and go faster. Pull back and slow down or stop. I would love to have my T-bar back. This will probably be my first and last year with the Exmark ECS.
