I have a family friend of a friend thats looking at selling their mower.

Its 2006 Exmark Lazer Ct. 44" deck 18hp Briggs only 120 hrs.

What would be a fair price to offer?

do you guys have any experience with these mowers?

Looks like a nice mower. Is it commercial duty? One place to start, price a new one and divide by 2. Good luck.:usflag:

Those mowers were advertised as a homeowner model kinda. They were said to be for the large property owners but with the same quality as the larger commercial mowers. To me that means that they won't hold up to the work load of a commercial mower. If you don't use it for all of your properties I think that it would work just fine for you. But if this will be used on almost all of your properties then I don't think that it would really be the best choice for you.

Yeah thats what I was worried about. For a couple thousand dollars Id rather have something dependable and made for everyday work.
