I am selling my 2006 (I think, but can't remember for sure) Exmark Phazer zero turn mower. This model features the 44" deck and has a 19hp Kawasaki engine on it. This model is actually a commercial model, but it has only been used at my home and it also features the tri-vantage deck. I am the only owner of this and I bought it new. It only has 140 hours on it and I installed a brand new battery at the end of last season. I am selling to fund a new garden tractor, so my wife can mow while I am at work. :cool2: I am asking only $2,600 cash.

Still available. Who needs a compact mower in their fleet?

If it is six years old, 140 hours is nothing. What repairs have been needed on this unit since new? How much turf do you mow with it?
