I have the suspension that you put under the original seat. How does it compare with the more expensive all in one suspension seat that Exmark sells?

I have had the same one you have for a couple years now and it does pretty good for absorbing the bumps on the rough lawns.
I think the more expensive suspension seat would do a lot better, but the price on that is redicilious... :dizzy:

Actually the true suspension seat isn't as comfortable. You will like the way you have it now better.

That's just what I was going to say. The standard seats, without suspension, aren't that bad...they are soft. The suspension seats are ok, but it's BECAUSE of the suspension. You put the suspension package on the softer standard seat,...THEN you have something. It's the best of both worlds.

How much is the suspension package?

If you're talking about the retrofit for the existing seat I believe we paid $200 a piece for them.

I also think the full suspension seat is far superior to the retrofit.

Thanks for the info, I got the suspension only for about $179 at the dealer so i will probably stick with what I have and if I buy another I will move it to my new machine. Thanks again.
