I've read a good bit of info on here about Exmark's EZ-Stripper kit. The kit is not designed to really make ground contact. So how does it do on hard to stripe southern lawns?

Nothing I have tried seems to accent the stripes any more except a weighted roller kinda like the Checkmate that makes good solid ground contact.

Oh, also does it flex up when you cross curbs and such?
