So right now, I have an 03 F-150, max tow loaded weight is 6,600 lbs. Currently I have am towing a 6x12' enclosed trailer which I pretty much out grew on the first day but I bought it for next to nothing. Looking to up size now to either a 8.5x18 or 20' enclosed trailer. Is anyone else towing a trailer this size with an F-150. Before you all get on my back, yes I know its a large trailer for the truck. The two trailers I'm looking at are 10K rated but for the mean time will only have about 2K of mowers in it so I know the weight will be way under the trucks capacity. I'm also in the market of either buying a F250 or Chevy 3500 so I know with my new truck the trailer will fit perfectly. But for now I will be using the F-150. What max size trailers are you all towing with your 150's or similar trucks?
