I am rather new to the industry and have a quick question, I got this call today from a potential client, for a property14,000 sq ft for fall clean-up, I never had to bid something this big of a job. I was wondering if anybody could help out on pricing, Hourly or full price any help or input would help.

    Thanks in advance

if i did the math right this lawn should be about 1/3 of an acre. for leaf cleanups i usually do 3-4 times what i would charge for mowing. say you think its a 35 mow, then i would charge anywhere between 105-140. but then again our overhead could be totally different. my best advice is too charge on the higher end, this way you can find the customers willing to pay for you services and appreciate quality. hope this helps!

tell me clean up equip and ill try to give you an idea of hourly rate for southern NY.

And 14000 sq ft is very small. Its probably 140,000. 14,000 is a third of an acre.
