fall webworms already

    Saw our first ones today. June 24 is awefully early. Location: our business (central Iowa). Tree: mulberry. Anybody else find 'em yet? rscvp

    We're still not finding bagworms, but we expect to see 'em within two weeks.

    It's not that unusual to see them here in the East at this time.

    not sure about the webworms - but have seen plenty of the tentworms on flowering crabs around these parts. Ugly darned things....

    Yup, saw some in my lawn yesterday as a matter of fact. I thought is was awful early for them too.
