Anyone else ever have a problem with this. I turn the heater, or the A/C on, and it only blows high, their is no other choices, high or off. when i put it on low or medium, it just blows high. Could this be a problem with a resistor or something??, best way to fix the problem? should i replace all of the heating controls??.

By the way this is for a 99 suburban base model

most likely resistor problem but could also be blower control module problem depending on climate control options. we have had several of these in the shop over the last several years. if it is a resistor, plan on about 100.00 for repair, depending on dealer labor rate.

My Chevy did about the same thing. It was repaired under warranty along w/ a laundry list of other problems. I'm starting to wonder about their "quality" product.
