I am selling my mowing / general lawn service business to pursue an application business opportunity.

My business has grown VERY fast in this market, I've been averaging well over 80% growth per year.

Revenue: total expected this year: $180k - $190k (And this is a really bad-drought year, anyone who lives in this area would agree!)

    Breakdown of services:

    45% mowing
    16% landscape
    15% Misc. services
    5% lawn waste hauling
    19% applications and shrub trimming

    Mowing Accounts:
    about 100
    Average week $3300 mowing
average $ per acre is $108

    Employees:
3 full time, but they haven't logged 40 hours since June
    Equipment:
    1997 Chevy 1-ton dump
    1994 chevy 1/2 ton
    200 gal. spacesaver sprayer
    60" liquid cooled exmark
    2 48" walk behinds
    push mowers
    trimmers
    16" wells cargo enclosed trailer
    22' landscape trailer
    12' utility trailer
    bunches of small equipment

I am located in West Wisconisn

    Initial asking price is $80,000

Most people can live just fine in our community on $40,000 per year.

Our average income is $32,000, and our city is known as one the nicest / easiest places in the country to raise a family.

PM me to get a phone number or to express interest.

    Thanks!

Would you be interested in selling the 1997 Chevy 1-ton dump or 16' enclosed seperate? I'd be interested in info...

Is that $32k your average income or the average income of the residents in your city? You care to expose your income if that isn't yours?

$32 K is the average income in the city. My point was, that it doesn't cost much to live fine here.

I have already put six digits in the bank this year between this business and my application business.

    Thanks!

At this point, I am not willing to sell off equipment (couldn't sell untill end of season anyway).

If someone wanted to buy my customers w/out the equipment then I would start selling it.
