I have been looking at the FastTrack and Mini Z. I have about 2 acres of my own to mow and I have been doing 3 or 4 small accounts on the side to just have the mower pay for itself.

What is the point where I should consider Commercial vs Homeowner? In other words how many acres can the FastTrack comfortably handle per week?

The FasTrak is for home use only.
You will find the 52" FasTrak to mow about 5 acres once a week to be a comfortable production figure.
Anything more than that you should consider the Mini Z.

I own a Fastrak and i also have to 2 acres of my own. I used to have a murray, and it took me about 3 hours to cut it. With my fastrak i can cut it in about an hour and 15 minutes. I cut a few small yards on the side also. I couldnt justify spending the extra money for just basically my yard.
