    Hi,

I have a FastTrack 52/20 that I love. It seems, however, that when I mow and the ground is at all moist that it is very easy to leave a skid when I turn. If I don't turn sharp, it alleviates the problem, but that seems like a waste when these things are designed to do 180 degree turns. Suggestions?

Check your tire pressure and set it according to your owners manual.
Also make sure you are equally moving each wheel opposite of each other.
If that does not help the situation, you will need to learn how to do 3 point turns.
This is something that is notorious to all brands, "turf tear" can be eliminated if you operate the mower appropriately for the conditions you mow in.

many of the "Tougher" types of grass will easily allow true 180 turns without marring the turf. OTOH, more delicate grass will not tolerate any type of 180 turning, no matter how good you are.
