    How many of you are using favicons now?

    Anyone know of a source with 16x16 pixel predesigned animated gifs that can be used for favicons?

    For anyone that doesnt know how to creat a favicon, these were the instructions found on the gopher software page.

    1. Create a small image...something easy to reconize like on Design In Q we have the letter 'Q'...you'll want to make this image around 30W x 45H
    2. Rename the new image to this 'favicon.ico' (without the quotes)
    3. Now upload your new image to your root directory on your server.
    4. Refresh your browser and there you have it!

    It is also helpful to include this bit in your index.html file between the
    </title> and </head> tags:

    <link rel="SHORTCUT ICON" href="favicon.ico">

    (I put mine right after the meta tags but if you don't have meta tags, most anyplace between the end title and the end head tag should be fine).
