What kind of mulch is everyone using?

    Pine Bark?
    Wood chips?

    What is your preference?

We use black-gold hardwood mulch that is shredded fairly well. It's nice because it "sufficates" weed growth and doesn't take forever to decompose. I guess it's a northern mulch becuase I don't hear of many people on this site using it. It also costs $30 a yard...
