Spark pug is good(new) I thought it was the magneato and replace it and didn't not start.the new magneato did not work, does anyone ever get a bad new magneato, i but the old one on, big spark and fires right up. It not ground out. so im loss thanks guy for your help.

you may get a slight change in your numbers at different temperature. that's why you usually have a range or window where your reading fall into.

Even though you do have that window khouse mentioned ALWAYS check electrical components when cold, If there is a problem it will show up.
