I get on this site everyday for several hours since the grass is still dormant right now. I now im not the only one with this habit either. Do you guys ever feel guilty for spending so much time on here? I feel like my wife is silently thinking "God Larry, get a life." Just wondering if im the only one with this complex.

    not at all

she constatly tells me why don't you search for porn or play a game or something

I' wont be on here much come spring.. but really i have learned tons of info/ diffrent points of view on this site....

even when we all disagree wich is often... it usually dosn't turn to ugly and i learn something

The most intresting thing i learned is the amount of diffrent approaches that can be taken and still be succesful

I learned that a few miles changes the market and priceing greatly.

I learned that if you ask a question you will get an answer.... whether you want it or not.lol

I can't say I feel guilty . . . . but yes my wife has made a few comments about the amount of time I spend here. Lawnsite is a great support group.

    Hi . . .my name is Edward and I'm addicted to Lawnsite . . . .

Seriously it's time well spent [advice - input - feedback etc.] unless you get tangled up in some of the pi$$ing contest that go on here. I try to avoid those now :)

That's where I stand too. She watches t.v., I get on lawnsite. I feel like I learn more on here than I would watching Frasier, 2 and a half men, According to Jim, etc...

No guilt felt, but I'm in the same boat as the rest. Most of my time I spend here is when my wife's not home or she's busy, sleeping, etc...

I haven't found anywhere else where I can do some much effective "research" (that's what I call it when she asks what I'm doing) on so many topics, so fast.

    Love this site.

    lol

our franchise would have all diffrent trucks, mowers and handheld stuff...

maybe to brand the name we can Dent the fender on all the trucks

hehehe I think theres only about 5 guys on this site that kind of have simmilar biz plans.....

Might be a tough sell... but would be tons cheaper then buying a chucky cheese.

My wife has been mentioning all of the extra time I've been spending on lawnsite. It's just that when I'm doing office work in the winter, I go on when I'm a little bored and then when she gets home I'm rechecking threads and posts that I've started or responded to. During the season, I just go on when I get home and check for posts that interest me or if I have something to post. She understands though how much this I love this industry and that I am always trying to learn more things. I've just found so much good information as well as made a few good contacts.

Ya everyones plan is to get a new truck trailer and 15k mower, inother borrow 60-90k to get started. Dont worry though you can eaisly make 25000 per month, although you will need it to service your debt

This has got to be one of the better addictions? No needles, no hangovers, no guns,
no late night calls, no trying to hide condoms.........LOL This is definitly one of the best addictions.
