We just picked up 2 Ferris 32" Hydro Walkbehinds today and they look great. They are our first walkbehinds. We were unsure of which catchers to get so we got one grass gobbler and one fabric grass catcher. I took pics but left them at the office. I will post them tomorrow night.

Anyone using these machines?? What do you think??

I used these angle bracets to keep the front casters from jumping around in the trailer.

If you don't mind me asking what did you pay for them? I was looking at a used 04, 36" hydrocut with 150 hours and wondered if it would be better to just buy a new one? Also, after you cut with them let me know what you think of them. I have done some serching on this site about them and can't find much about them.

    Thanks

Congrats on the purchase, everything looks great. I currently have a 61" Zero Turn Ferris, but am interested in a 36" Hydro walkbehind as well. Let us know how they do as far as cut, handling, speed and striping (if any).

    Thanks and congrats!!!

Nice set up, like your trailer. could you send info back on what grass catcher you like the best and some pro's and con's of each. I have one like the grass gobbler, kinda big and hard and unforgiving. It seems the fabric one would be lighter and easier to handle. Thanks for future feedback.

I love everything about my 36 hydro ferris except it can get tiring after using it all day. My 36 model cuts great and stripes fairly well so Im sure you will be happy with yours.
