Ferris 36" Hydrocut or Simplicity Pacer 34" 1734

I know these two are now owned by the same company. The simplicity looks as if it has the same specs as the Ferris Hydro with exception of a few items.

I have a 1/2 are of mowing with a few small 30 degree incline/declines transitioning from front to back yard and a ditch running in front of the property about 50ft.

I see where the simplicity is $2300 list which is much cheaper than the price of the Ferris 36" I recieved from a local dealer.

Is ther any large differences between the two that would make a difference for my residential need?

I would like to save the extra 1k + if the Simplicity is trimmed down version of the Ferris Hydro.

not sure i know simplicity makes great commerical snowthrowers i dont know about their mowers. ferris makes a good mower. id personally go with the ferris it could be the last mower you buy iv seen commerical mowers last 15-20 years for homeowners

Is the Ferris a single or dual hydro?

The 36" Hydrocut is a single.
