I am looking into a new purchase for my own residence. Approx - 30,000 sq ft. (Rye/tall red fescue)

I am looking at the Ferris 1500 = 52" deck with kicker/bagging system and stripe kit. I did demo a unit without the bagger and stripe kit and found that it cut very nice but didn't really stripe. I really want to make sure this ztr will stripe the lawn VERY nicely. That is very important to me. The cheap little JD with high lift blades stipes it great but I want to know if this new machine will do a great job at it. Help - anyone know this unit capabilities or do you have any other recommendations?

With the striping kit, you will be happy. I wouldn't recomend always bagging though because you lose nutrients that help keep your lawn healthy. I only bag when grass is too tall, verticut, or am doing seasonal clean-up.
