fert & salespeolple

    I am considering hiring a salesperson for mowin and chemical. Is there a set starting commission or guidelines fo these people?

    are you just hiring a sales person, or a sales person with knowledge about the field?

    I would look at paying a low base pay and then pay commision on every sale. Just make sure that you audit the sales to make sure that they are legit. You can also count the sales commision on their check after the first treatment or mowing. I believe this is the best way to pay, because it makes salesperson's more responsible and the more money he/she makes for the company the more they make.

    Yes, This salesman has experience and education in the field. Owned company prior.
