how do you handel leaves and your appication?
do you wait till the home owner or cutting crew is done the leaves.(some wait till dam ner spring)
    do you call first?

reason i am asking is i did a lot of riding back and forth to jobs last week, last yr. it did not make a difference but this yr. i have more lawns.

    I sympathize with you!

I'm in the same boat. Here's what I did:
I scheduled my fert only accounts with shady lawns early so they're done for the season. The only ones left are mowing accounts (which we'll do after the clean-up guys are there) and sunny lawns (which we can do at anytime.)

Unfortunetly, I was on vacation and my guys didn't get 12 or so fert only w/ leaves. I spent A TON of time trying to get those done and STILL have 3-4 to do yet. Lots of communication with customers and lots more mobilization costs than budgeted.
