Do you guys find getting fertilizing jobs/contracts as hard as getting lawn maint. accounts? Not saying its hard to get more accounts but i find that we sign up 30-50 average new clients for lawn maint. and i want to get my fertilizing div. up off the ground in a quick manner. Any suggestions or insight would be greatly appreciated.

Not so much harder, but you do have to have 5 times the number of accounts. While you may be looking at approx. 30 visits per season for maintenance, you are only looking at about 6 for doing lawn care.

I would say for all those new lawn accounts you need to be selling your fert service to them as well. That will give you a jump start.
