If I am fertilizing customers lawns in Texas do I need any kind of license to be able to spread artificial/organic fertilizers?

I was wondering that to. Do you need a license use herbicides in Texas? Can you apply granular fertilizer without a license? Also, I don't think you need a license for Organic.
