fertilizing license

    this may be a dumb one,but a what point do u need a license 2 put down chemicals. live in Pa if that matters, gut looking 2 do this here and thair thanks

    Any fertilizer or pesticide that you are getting paid to apply, you will need a liscense for.

    it's my understanding that here in MA you need a licence for pesticides. (grubs, pre-post emmm) and that fertilizer does not fall into this catagory.

    You can apply fertilizer in PA without license as long as that is all it is and there is no herbicide or insecticide included in it such as a "weed and feed", crabgrass control or grub/insect control.

    Can apply fert and organic products but nothing that comes with MSDS label.

    Scraper just told you ... he's in PA. You could also contact your local state extension office.
