    I have a customer that want's me to fertilize his lawn. I've never fertilizied before so do you pro's have any advice, precautions, etc. Thanks in advance

    I just recently found out myself that it is against federal regulations (this is an Arkansas guy speaking here) to apply herbicides or pesticides on any lawn but your own. Straight fertilizer can be done with out a license but anything else requires you to take tests and fork over quite a bit of money to take these tests that have roughly a 50% passing rate. (Again, I'm talking from my own findings in the state of Arkansas).
