What is a good pre-emergent for fescue WITHOUT fertlizer? This would be in the Tennessee terrain. Most of the junk in the yards is johnson grass, dandelions, etc. A Lesco is locating there soon and would be nice if they had the product. Thanks

If that lawn has johnson grass, you need to sell them a mower instead of pre-emerge.

I've used Lesco's 0-0-7 dimension and pre-m before with great results. It contains a little potasium, but is basically straight pre emergent.
