THis is one of the most taken care of properties i have. They water lawn way to much though but there are around 100 different kinds of flowers alone. 30 veggies, 45 different ornamental bushes. Its quite amazing. and for price. This lawn is 430 dollars per month(includes bed weeding twice monthly) But this is around 85 dollars per cut. The smaller ones are 22-25 each

This house is a full maintenance house, the lawn alone averages out to be around 35 per cut. This house was just purchased 3 years ago for 1.6 million dollars. When im downstairs turning the irrigation on, they have 12 foot ceilings, full out kitchen and bar, 64" plasma and surround sound, pool table, ping pong table. 250 sq foot gym with mirrored walls, hot tub and salon/massage chairs.

    ITS REDICULAS

Alright I will have to find a way to mount the loader on the trailer or buy some pipe and remove it at each job then. My buddy has a larger gaint vac tow behind with a 10" discharge and has a hose that goes into his dump. I guess the smaller hose is a more prone to clogging cause his never clogs.

Here are some from today. and some of the box in progress. I priced everything out and using 2x8x10ft boards was cheaper than doing plywood or decking wood.

And here are the rest that i have for today. I will slowly start taking more and more pictures. I wish i took pictures all year. I need some new ones for my website.

btw. metro36**** i would definitly try to mount on the front of the trailer. as far up as you can go and as close as you can get it to the truck. My headache last year should have been avoided. we stood around and f'ed with the tube to unclog it about 15 min each job. That adds up to almost a day lost.

Here is a picture of my setup last year.

forgot to mention. That before anyone says the see holes in between each piece of wood. I filled ever single hole and between each piece of wood the full length of the box with liquid nails to ensure no leakage off of the side. I am putting a black mesh exhaust tarp on top though.

Did a small cement job today. Two yards in all, about 70 sq feet 6-8inches deep in some spots.

Also, an enclosed i picked up to most likely flip. i bought it on craigslist for 550 dollars. It needed a new tire and 7 pin for the wiring(wiring was all there and all worked fine)

Im going to media blast and powder coat the rims white and power wash and stain or paint the floors inside and im going to try to sell it for 4.5k, this trailer new is around 8k and its a 2008 model. Haulmark 16ft enclosed 8.5' wide. 7ft tall with tool boxes in front and tie downs along the whole floor.
