filters

    can i buy a bag of head filters for hunter heads or is the only way to get them is with a replacment jet?

    What model of Hunter heads? At some point, you will have more strainers than you know what to do with. They multiply while you're not looking at them.

    You buy nozzles, and you get strainers. You don't buy nozzles, you don't get strainers. Buy nozzles.

    You buy the nozzles, and you get the proper strainers. The strainer matches with the nozzle, and not the head. If I thread a Hunter nozzle on a Rainbird body, I also install a Hunter strainer.

    If you use a supplier regularly they often will have extra bags of filters floating around and might give them to you at no charge. Ours does. :)

    If you have some idea of entering this trade without accumulating a fair (large) amount of surplus parts and supplies, try to get over it.
