A contractor I met at Ewing told me about these filters and said they worked great:

    AFI Filters

    I usually use Rusco filters.

  2. Interesting......

By the way I'm mailing you a book I dusted off. Trying to keep this great children's classic alive.
    It has:
    Orphans
    Dogs
    Art
    Love
    Broken heart
I cry every time I read it. Blubber like a girl.

Thanks Peter at least I got one response! I found the AFI had a lot of potential and with all the filter questions lately this looked like a simple, yet efficient way to address sediment coming out of a well system.

This sounds interesting. I love kids books and read a lot of them. Thanks for thinking of us! I also am prone to cry in a heartbeat. Little House on the Prairie gets me every time. My cry ducts all started 15 years ago. I was in the hospital with a very sick child, the doctor came out of the operating room and looked me straight in the eye and said "I give him 50/50 chance of survival". I had to rally for my wife, but later I let the tears fall. The odds sucked. My son survived, but I chock up at the drop of a pin now. Never cried before that.
