Finally learning how to screen customers on the phone..

    I just got a call from about 1/2 hour away from me. They saw my ad in the newspaper, in which my ad is not acctually suppose to be, the paper messed up and gave me an extra town for free.

    Well the lady was looking to have a rail road tie wall ripped out and a srw installed. Said the wall was atleast 120 feet long. She was not sure how tall it was. She said the high would vary between 1,2, and 3 feet.

    So i was like sweet, a nice size job. Then i asked her about a budget. She said 4 grand. I told her it would be impossible to build a wall that length for any where near that. She said thats all she could afford to spend!

    I'm so glad i asked about budget before i drove out there. I'm not dealing with cheapsakes this year!
