The years are catching up with my lower back..

Hopefully this guy works it out...

He says I pulled a muscle..

I need to switch hands more when I dig....

    Anyone else go?

My wife got mugged years ago (I'm still looking for that little mo/fo) and has been seeing a chiropractor ever since, every six months, or so. She has one up here and one in Phoenix, works well for her. I don't think it's your hands, Eddie, it's your posture when in the trenches. Some of my crew had the same problem just because they strained themselves leaning over. Good luck.

I've been several times and different people each time...I think it's mostly BS. I think the have a placebo effect. I gave up on them when they said the could see the problem in my back and they had the wrong side. My family doctor was the one who pointed out the problem originally.

As in any gig, there are pikers and achievers, worth doing some research before checking in.

By switching hands I mean changing my sides I dig on.

Family friend...Low cost..I feel the knot in my back got smaller after 1 visit..

hopefully after a few it works out..

Try reducing the stress in your life...let go of things you cannot control...that was the problem with my back.

    If I did that I wouldn't have a job.

I always stayed with D-handle shovels, with the thought they would be kinder to my back, besides being more useful in crowded plantings.

Sure you would. If you can't control it you can't control it. You have to pick your battles.

Do you get all bent out of shape about people starving in other countries...like are you worried about it? I'm guessing not...because you have no control of it.
