An apartment complex wants to possibly revive a system that has not been used for years. The thing is it used manual ball valves and not electrical ones. The current manager only knows the location of one of them. Other than deductive reasoning what might be some tricks to locating the other ones. The one I have found is plastic so metal detector won't work.
