Fine tuning cutting height on Quick 36

Just thought I would pass this along. I have a couple properties where the 1/2" height adjustment on my Quick 36 isn't quite right. I replaced one of the 1/2" spacers on each side with 4, 5/8" washers so I could make the 1/4" adjustment I wanted. I had to drill out the washers to make the holes 3/4" to fit on the spindles. 4 3/4" washers were a little too thick and would have to be ground down to fit.

With the washers there's a small amount of play up and down (about 1/16") in the casters so I've hit up my old man to machine up some 1/4 spacers that will match the originals so it will be a little more custom and fit like the originals when I get those on. Anyone else do this before?
