Well I won the bid on my first commercial account two days ago. I was not even the lowest bidder. I got the account because of my reputation and the professional way I presented the bid. I also got it on a twelve month contract. I have to install one flower bed, mulch the trees, keep the hedges trimmed, keep weeds out of existing beds and mow about five acres. The property also has two courtyards one which is only accessible by going through the building so I had to buy a 21" mower. I bought a Silver Series Lawnboy, I think I will be happy with it. I needed to buy a bigger blower so I bought a Redmax 7000 Blower and it is awesome!

I am sure a lot of the advice I received on Lawnsite helped me get this account. Thanks!
