Do you have a sample to show of your flyer......and what method did you use to leave it with the customer.....ie hang it on the door, tape it on, etc.

That is a pretty good response rate so far........what is your price that you advertised for that client and approx. size of the yard....just curious to see what is working for others.....Thanks

It's always gratifying getting your first customer for the year!!! You may get a few more responses from the flyers you handed out. Did you put any coupons on the flyers you handed out? Also what types of neighborhoods did you target?

I will attach a flyer as soon as possible but to answer questions, rolled them up and used a rubber band to attach to the front door and also did alot of one on one talking to perspective customers it was Saturday and alot of people were outside. we put a Fifty dollar incentive if they signed a yearly contract, we targeted neighborhoods that looked to have disposable income. newer homes and developments, no prices quoted on flyer just free estimates. i don't think i will be able to post an attachment i have been on this site for quit some time but i do not post often just sit back and read, think you need 15 post to put up an attachment.

nice flyer, might want to change "Leaf Racking" for your next batch though.

it is always nice to get a new customer, or a new one time job, it is that rewarding feeling of working for yourself, and not working for someone else.

    Good luck this year

Twins why remove leaf raking. here in Texas there is very little call and it could easily be handled with a blower. Thanks all for the good wishes & good luck and prosperity to you.
