Im a solo operator and need to hire someone this year. I have enough work to keep me busy full time + overtime, but I wont have enough work for a full time employee. What do I look for when hiring a part timer? I understand many of the knowledgeable employees are lookin for full time work but I dont think I can fill my schedule that quickly.

If your just looking for a part timer your better off with someone with no experience you have to train them for the job but you can pay less and by the time you are ready for the full time help they are too.
