First Frost On Grass

    Had Frost This Am.. Anyone Else Had One Yet This Year... Loving These Fall Days And The Leaves Are Really Starting To Come Down In The Northeast Now!!!!

    yes, same here in Albany NY as far as frost. Leaves are starting to fall, but we are not near peak color just yet.

    We had it the last three days here. I was wondering if it hurt the grass cutting it with frost on it?

    kills it... turns it black andywhere your feet or tires go would be black if you mow with a frost.. I had to wate till 8 30 today to go on the golf course.. we usually start mowing at 5 30 am on saturdays .. a big set backk

    Well I'll have to go and check the one lawn that I cut yesterday with frost on it.

    No frost here in VA some maples leaveds have been falling

    had first frost here in maine on thursday moring 36 degrees

    Here in north central WI, we have had frost off and on for a couple weeks now. Actually calling for snow next week. Mid October, WOW! :confused:

    not yet but its down to the low 50's maby high 40's at the lowest here frost and SNOW are coming
