Hey Guys - First of all, I hope this is the right section to post this question.

I am starting my own lawncare business and need to purchase a mower.
I already have an echo weedeater and an older homelite blower.
To cut down on over head I am going to start by hauling my equipment in the bed of my Ranger. Most 36" walk behinds will fit in the bed.

    These are my options
Exmark TurfTracer S 36" Hydro, 25hrs, full warranty $4500 and financable

Gravely 32" Gear drive, 65 hours, $2000 - Comes with sulky

Honda Powered Belt drive, 36", 522 hours, comes with sulky - $625

10 year old Metro Belt drive, 5year old motor, unknown hours - $900

My first choice would be the new TurfTracer
All of the mowers I use at work are hydro and the exmark would have the best resell value should business not work out.

Any thoughts or recommendations would be great.

I would buy the belt drive with the Honda mower. You don't want to finance unless you have the customer base to more than support it.
